Excellent capture and at just the right lighting conditions. The sun is focused on the rider and horse and just the right intensity and time. Nice background lighting. Was this a deliberate planned shot or did you just happen to catch them as they rode by? #274009Daniel Diaz July 05, 2005

Thank you all for your gracious comments. To answer Allan's question about this being a planned shot. It was semi planned. I did plan the time of day and I have a friend who owns and rides this horse and I asked him to let me photograph him. I wasn't sure about what type of terrain our location would provide so the angle and exact location of the shot was somewhat of a lucky venture but over all I had quite-a-bit of control over the situation. If you want to see other shots of this same shoot you can find them at www.NHisLight.com under "Equestrian & Cowboy". Thank you again.April L. Brewster July 07, 2005
