I drive through this country very often on my way to Moscow. We're from Grangeville. Great photo! Love the wheat. Did you use a polorizer? The skies have been so pretty lately. My husband posted a panorama under his name, Scott Wilson, under the Landscapes category that was taken at the Whitebird summit which you might be familiar with.

Hi Jin,Dan Holm August 24, 2004
This is breathtaking, Jin!! The colors are outstanding, that sky is amazing and your composition, superb! #732514Jin Y. Park August 24, 2004
Thanks Karma. Yes, I always use a CP filter in landscape pictures and, in order to bring back the real, true feelings of the landscape, I always make an adjustment on the level of the picture using Photoshop. That's about all post processing I do in addition to minor cropping and cloning work I do when necessary. My wife also enjoys photography and, thanks to your reminder we are now planning on going out to the Whitebird and Grangeville area to take some pictures. We know that it will be a nice trip. #732746Jin Y. Park August 24, 2004
