How about this, Christopher: Open in PS or similar then duplicate the background layer. Hide the new layer and on the background layer, select the paintbrush tool and set the foregroound paint colour to a blue that matches the bricks. Set transparency of the brush to about 25% and paint over the offending stain, feathering into nearby areas. Promote the layer and set its blend mode to darken.Sylvia Rossler March 22, 2006

Just spotted this among the sample Pattern images in this month's Snapshot Newsletter. I know it's old but I wanted to tell you how much I like it. #8723419Chris Budny January 06, 2011
I never saw this comment from you, Nikki! Thanks for the heads-up! #9146532Amanda D. Austwick July 22, 2012
Love the textures and colors Chris! #10239972Chris Budny July 22, 2012
Thanks, Amanda... you had to dig deep to find this! And something has happened to the photo's Discussion Thread---many, many comments are now gone, and when you posted, BP sent me the usual notice that I'd had a comment -- but instead of saying "on Christopher's photo" as usual, it said "on anonymous's photo"... weird. #10239980Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
