Wildflower Storm [Contest Finalists January 2006]
Uploaded: January 01, 2006 12:47:23
Avalanche Lillies beneath Washington's Pinnacle Peak near sunset as thunderstorms clear. The moment of squall lighting brought an amazing vibracy to the scene as the breezes died for a second allowing me this close of the flowers for added depth. Canon 17-40L at F19. Polarizer and 3 stop soft grad filters. Fuji Velvia 50.
