A runner tops the 1928 Cribstone Bridge that connects Orrs and Bailey Island, Maine. This is the bridge that Kathleen photographs from her yard across the sound. Photo enhanced with PS.

This is the original scan after being spotted for dirty spots and scratches but before I cloned out the guy wires and their shadows and applied the buzz. #35026Murry Grigsby May 26, 2019
Let's try that again--oops! #96904Kathleen Clemons May 26, 2019
Well as you might expect, I absolutely LOVE this!!!!!! The inclusion of the runner is perfect and I love the buzz effect on the granite slabs. (You may want to correct your description- it's the Cribstone Bridge). Thanks so much for posting this one! #96912Dottie Shepherd May 26, 2019
Murry, a great shot... #96916Carolyn M. Fletcher May 26, 2019
Great job, Murry!!!! Wow, this is wonderful!! #96952Lianne E. Cook May 26, 2019
great job on a wonderful shot murry! #96956Murry Grigsby May 26, 2019
Thanks, Kathleen, Dottie and Carolyn. I have changed the name of the bridge in my description, Kathleen, but Delorme's Gazzetteer must be wrong also because that's where I got the name. Cribstone sounds better :0) Sorry about the double post on the original. The reason the bridge is so compressed is because I was shooting with a 100-300mm zoom at 300mm. It was approaching mid morning so the magic light was gone. How long does it take to drive from where you live to the bridge itself? Looks like about 5.5 miles on the map. #96959Joy Brown May 26, 2019
Great shot, Murry! #96964Murry Grigsby May 26, 2019
Thanks, Lianne. My connection to the internet is so funky the last few days that I'm having a few problems seeing all the posts in a timely manner. #96967Murry Grigsby May 26, 2019
Thanks, Joy. I guess I'll catch up eventually :0) #96968Kathleen Clemons May 26, 2019
We may have to straighten those Delorme people out. lol As for time, hmmmm, it's only about 1/2 mile by sea, but more like 10 miles by land. You have to drive halfway up to Brunswick, take a bridge across the sound and drive back down to the Islands- probably about 20 minutes. Much quicker by boat! :) #96974Murry Grigsby May 26, 2019
Funny with all that water I never thought of going by boat--Duh! #96991Ron Goldman May 26, 2019
