Beautiful, Damian! I love the lighting, colors and the squiggly lines that are in the reflection. #22760

WOW - Thanks Patrica, RAY, Joy & birdie. Back in December I did a similar shot at noon and decided to go back yesterday and try the same shot under very early morning light. I was much more pleased with the results. The different lighting conditions provided more contrast and better gradation in the colours and made the shot more vivid overall...

I appreciate everyone's kind comments! #53549

Cool shot! Makes me want to see the rest of the boat and the water! #53550

I saw your earlier one, Damian, and I agree...the lighting is better in this one. More contrast and details in the reflection without losing the reflected light on the hull. Excellent shot and glad you went back! #54094

Thanks Gary! I really appreciate the feedback! My wife thinks I'm nuts (she could be right) for taking pictures of the same things over again. But it's the colour and geometry I'm after, the boat is just incidental... #54099

Hi Damian,
Just started to view this site and saw your photo. It's a wonderful photo. Nice work. I would suggest, that because it is so nice, I would take a little time and clone out the very few little imperfections that exist in the water / reflections. This photo is well worth the effort it would take... The colors are really great! #349133

Thank you Lyn! I almost forgot about this image - I'll have to see if I kept this and play around with it some... #349553
