Nick, I applied some radial blur on the background... just to make the lights stick out a bit... boom in your face exactly :-) #25346

Nick, radial blur is one of many effects/filters that are available in Photoshop (and other imaging software for that matter). It gives you the possibility of adding 'blur' to your photo. Apart from that slight effect the photo hasn't been altered... it's just a way to attract more attention to the stoplights rather than to a distracting background... #25351
