thats some pretty nice work there, Birdie! Now is that lake real or is it photoshop? You're getting so good I can't tell for sure :-) #25443Carolyn M. Fletcher May 26, 2019
It's beautiful, birdie!! #25445Jill Battaglia May 26, 2019
Gorgeous, Birdie!! I love that it's a vertical panorama. You really get a sense of the tall magnificence on these trees and their reflection. Excellent! -Jill B #25449Damian P. Gadal May 26, 2019
Good work birdie... #25484Tess Campbell May 26, 2019
sad to see that last leaf fall to the ground...but joyous to have them under your feet...stirring up that sweet breath....and there are new wonders to come with the change of seasons...this beauty will have snow on her branches...her reflection locked in ice...her rotting leaves nourishing the earth that sustains her... #25501

This is a wonderful, wonderful shot!! Nice job birdie. #25551Wolfgang Dolak May 26, 2019
Thank you all for your encouraging comments.Gary, you're a pest!! lol This is the flood filter, yes. I used it here, because I wanted to try a vertical panorama. I always love to experiment with my pictures. The digital darkroom is fascinating. I think this is because of the many documentary photos I have to take for my biological studies. Of course I also try to make them look nice, but one cannot always present the behavior of a certain animal in the best light of the late afternoon. So, if I have the chance I try out this and that but always with a great respect and love for nature. I hope, one can see that! Kind regards...

Sorry Birdie, the devil made me do it ;-) I love the creativity in your work, it's what makes you stand out! As for your love of nature, I think your pictures speak for themselves. They show a connection much closer than most of us. The insights and emotion that you show us in your work can only come from a spiritual level, and I'm very glad that you are willing to share it with us :-) #25721Wolfgang Dolak May 26, 2019
