The bridge [Contest Finalists November 2005]
Uploaded: November 06, 2005 15:21:16
Took this on my lunch break. A neat little bridge over a muddy creek. I wasn't able to crop out the wisps of grass in the lower left & still maintain the image that I wanted. Do you think they are distracting?

Great shot, Todd, with or without. If you have access to Photoshop, maybe you could eliminate them that way. Anyway it is a striking photo. #339319Mary E. McCabe November 06, 2005
They are only very slightly distracting and I agree with Diane. A tiny bit of cloning in PS and they'd be gone. I'm assuming this is an infrared shot - love it! #2042072Sandy Landon November 06, 2005
Beautiful shot!!! Fantastic detail!! #2042083Ronald Balthazor November 06, 2005
Stunning image, Todd. #2042168Todd Deery November 06, 2005
Thank you all. And yes Mary, you are correct. It is an infrared, or near infrared if you want to get technical, shot. #2042172Janine Russell November 06, 2005
Todd, beautiful clarity and detail. #2042225Jill Odice November 07, 2005

Todd: This is a wonderful shot. The clarity is great. Thank you for sharing it with all of us. I don't see snow here in New Orleans but it is really nice to see it here on BP. Thanks Todd.Linda Guidroz
