ICE & WATER [Contest Finalists September 2005]

I was taking a photography course and our teacher said to look for leading lines that would guide your eye through the photograph.
That weekend I went on a photo hunt and found this ice buildup on the side of the stream.
I almost layed down on the snow and ice in order to get the angle I wanted.

Thank you,I think this shot is nice but when I look at some of the other entries on the web site I can see that there are many talented photographers out there. I feel very fortunate that I was chosen as a finalist.
