These lamps stood at attention along the Keesler AFB marina pier the evening of Jun 30, 2005. Photo taken just minutes before the lamps came on. f/4.0, 1/160sec. 81B warming filter; cropped, levels adjusted in PS.

John, this is very nice! #1552458John Rhodes July 06, 2005
Thanks Marie and Andrea. This was a completely unplanned photo. I went to the marina to catch the sunset. After taking a couple disappointing shots, I looked up and saw the lamp posts. Sometimes, we get our best shot from the completely unexpected.I appreciate your comments.

Hi Wanda, I haven't looked through my gallery for quite a while, so I am late in saying thanks. I've been busy putting our house back together--I've slowed down considerably it seems. You are so right about our class--wonderful people.
I continue to be inspired by your photgraphy.
