Seagull Hokey-Pokey [Contest Staff Favorites February 2017]

This morning along Ruston Way in Tacoma WA.....I'd walked past this gull a couple times, and he must've noticed my camera, because as I approached him again on the way back to my car, he decided to perform in hopes that I'd take his photograph... :-)
