Two pelicans from the Lee G. Simmons Conservation Park and Wildlife Safari, near Ashland Nebraska. The park is affiliated with the nationally acclaimed Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha.
I used the following Photoshop filters: 3rd party NIK color effects filters (Pro Contrast and Vignette), plus Photoshop’s own Oil Paint filter. The “Greens” are from the lake’s natural reflecting colors of the green foliage on the banks. The ripples in the water are from the oil paint filter.
