The Bell Tolled [Carnation Photos]
Uploaded: September 17, 2011 02:29:04
----
As in most 9/11 memorial ceremonies, at Garden of Reflection, this bell was rung at the exact clock times of each of the crashes. The bell also tolled after the reading of each name of lost residents of our county.
-----
Seen in the foreground is a mass of red carnations, and in the background, a soldier who guarded the platform and podium during the ceremony.
--------------
Last in the series, for now.

It's a gem!

The framing is excellent in this image Michelle, showcasing the gloved hands and using the flag and red carnations to capture the focal point. The clarity of detail and the intended emotion is very well defined. You should create a book with this fabulous imagery!! #9676583Barbara Waldoch September 17, 2011
