f/11 @ 1/60; ISO 100; 55mm; tripod, overcast sky. Taken in Estes Park, Colorado. I saw this door in the side wall of the building and loved the contrast in texture, shapes and colors.

Excellent, Pat! The thumbnail grabbed my attention as soon as I saw it, because it looks just like the type of subject that would grab my eye and my camera.Patricia A. Cale September 17, 2004
Thank you so much, Rob. I appreciate your comments! We parked our car in a public parking lot and had to walk past this wall. I couldn't wait to get my camera and tripod out!! Only drawback was the lighting was overcast, so I wasn't able to use any sidelighting to bring out a lot of texture. After shooting in Rocky Mountain National Park in the morning, this was a special find for me! #787526Amalia Sylvia Arriaga Salinas October 15, 2004

Very nice, Pat. The kind of thing that captures my attention, too. The design is great. Works very well. #3666183Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
