Hi Karen: Great photographers are not great because of their technique; they are great because of their passion.Karen N. Smutz August 26, 2011

Great Karen.Karen N. Smutz September 04, 2011
Hi Ricky. Making this image was not easy. I only have Elements and don't have a way to do masks, so I had to kind of improvise. It took me several times to get it right. I made a layer of each, dragged one over the other, then overlay, opacity, soft light adjustments. I couldn't figure out how to mask out the bottome layer so I had to clone a little of it out. To be honest, I kept going to Youtube tutorials ( for the border) for advice! It took some time. Thank you!! I hope it works for you. #9652269Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
