Here is the original picture.First I fixed the colors using curves adjustment.
Second, I made the skin softer duplicating the background layer. Then applied the Gaussian Blur effect with a radius of 6 pixels. The opacity of this layer was lowered by 50% and then I used the erase tool with a soft brush and erase every where except for the skin.
Then the entire photo was selected and with the transform function the subject was slimed by moving the left center handle of the transform function from left to right.
Last, I applied the Dust & Scratches filter with 1 radius a 1 threshold. #150547
