Great framing and depth of field. You had perfect lighting conditions for this one using this old wooden structure. #451273Susan and Neil Silverman May 23, 2006
Thank you; it is a favorite place of ours. #2806796Susan and Neil Silverman May 24, 2006
Once we have photographed a location in the traditional manner, we are always looking for a "new view" and reflections are one of our favorite approaches. We normally work with as maximum depth of field as possible, because sometimes the reflection can be quite deep into the glass. Using or not using a polarizer is something we always test out. We love to frame our images and to be able to frame with a reflection is a double whammy. It is also a testimonial to revisiting a place many times; as the light changes, and as your vision changes, new images and new challenges always arise. #2810091Bunny Snow May 21, 2008
This is the most original frame I've seen anywhere.I love framing images also, but I've never used as much of an object as you have. I try and follow your lead next time I'm out shooting.
Thanks for sharing. #5960033
