Taken at Morton Arboretum, Lisle IL. I was taking photos for my nature class at the Arb, when I noticed my husband patiently waiting for me.

"Peaceful Serenity Now", eh… Marvelous capture, Patricia, I love the compostion, the crop, the subtle colors, and your husband and the bench at the focal point of the imagry. Very well done, my dear friend - your good friend, AllanPatricia A. Cale August 09, 2004
Thanks, Allan. He doesn't know I posted it. I sent this to my daughter in Wyoming and he didn't like that. But, when I saw him on that bench, I knew it was a shot I could not miss. Now, when we go out and I'm shooting, he goes way off to wait for me!! #695655Allan L. Whitehead August 09, 2004
Well, you know, Pat, that if you hide behind a bush and make 'broccoli' noises, he'll come riunning back and you can jump out and get some astonishing shots, eh… (he, he, he) I still ove this, your husband sounds like Hdy (my wife) when it comes to having her picture taken, she has no sense of humor, eh… Allan #695664Carol Brill August 09, 2004
Looks like a fine way to pass some time in such a relaxing setting, Pat! He must be a good sport...none of my family would ever consider going along with me on a photo shoot!! #696088Patricia A. Cale August 09, 2004
Thanks, Carol. He usually goes with me to carry my stuff when it gets too heavy. No matter how hard I try, I keep filling up my large camera bag! I bought one of those suitcase carriers with wheels and put my case and tripod on it. It was much easier to pull it than carry it. Some of the guys in my Arboretum class do this and they're able to bring all their toys along. It helps when you're not close enough to the car to go back and get something you realized you are going to need! #696133Sherri McGee September 14, 2004
