Tonto National Forest View [Photography Contest Travel Photography & Place]
Uploaded: March 13, 2010 05:51:59
This is a small view of the Tonto National Forest in Arizona. It is technically a desert (under 10 inces of rain a year) and there are no big trees, just desert bushes and cacti. There are a series of reservoirs in the Tonto, which supply water to Phoenix and other population centers, as well as recreation. Beautiful place, especially during a break in late winter rains.
