What a PLACE! [Store Fronts, Homefronts, and Facades ]

---
We were supposed to be shooting a ceremony in Fishtown, (a Philly neighborhood) where colorful banners would be hoisted up on poles throughout the neighborhood. It was to take place at the corner of Frankford Avenue and Girard. But it was raining a little, and it seemed that nobody was there at the appointed time.
----
We had parked on Frankford, in front of a store whose entire front wall was open, and the view inside was a "GOB SMACKING" (awesome) display of antique lighting. Naturally we spent an hour kibbutzing with the owner. Fascinating.
----
The huge chandelier hanging in the center was rented for $5000 by the Props People for the movie "Salt" and appeared in the movie, according to the owner, "for a half a second." In the photo, he is the man on the right. We'll go back to shoot more of the contents, and get more stories!
------
Nik Viveza 2 was used to bring out some of the sparkle and gleam.
