My New Kitty
Uploaded: September 21, 2008 05:20:44
09/21/08, Shiraishi, Yamaguchi City, Japan. He was abandonned in a school yard, probably put there with the hopes some child would take him home. The teachers knew I was looking for a kitty and brought him to me, but actually, I wanted a girl kitty and this one was too young to be separated from it's mother. But it was that or the pound, and it looked at me with such soulful, innocent eyes, I took it! Had to teach it to drink milk and eat and the first few days were dicey! But now he's as playful as...well, a kitten!

This is so absolutely adorable, Susan -- I can see why you couldn't resist him. #6483473Susan Jane Allen September 21, 2008
Thanks Dominick and Deb! Forgot to mention that he's so fun to photograph too! Actually, I'm aware that these days when he's really tiny (small enough to sit in one hand) with that own particular cuteness, will pass quickly, so want to get in as many pics as possible in the next few days. And luckily (???!) I injured my foot Friday and am off work until Wednesday, so will have opportunity, as I can happily sit on the floor with no pain to shoot him. #6483635Carolyn M.
