Oh, My Aching Ears! [6694 Animals Catch All]
Uploaded: May 14, 2004 07:48:57
Bronx Zoo, NY. When a large group of young children entered the Congo Gorilla exhibit, this guy covered his ears. They were so loud, you couldn't even hear yourself talk. He kept his ears covered until they eventually moved on. These animals are so human like and so intelligent, it amazes me.

Terrific shot, Karen! It always amazes me how obnoxious and loud the kids are when they are in large groups like that! Often seems like the wrong species is in captivity!!! #538673Casey A. Hanson May 14, 2004

Thank you, Ronnie, Marie, Casey, Stan, Shirley and Donna, for your comments. I'm sure they were all relieved when the noisey kids left the area, I know I was. ;} #540333Dale Ann Cubbage May 15, 2004
