The tree's in my hometown of Escanaba MI. have been covered with frost for several days now due to the heavy fog that has been in the area. I drove throughtout the city and was unable to find even just one tree that was not covered.

Great image Shane, and a great specimen of a tree! We never see anything like that where we live (at our latitude - coastal NSW Australia, near Lake Macquarie)! We would have to drive about 400 km (260 miles) to our snowfield areas SSW of Sydney... Your photo is so crisply focussed, and is most cooling to us here in our Aussie summer! Well done... #101644ricky A. riddle February 27, 2004

Outstanding shot, Shane! We get the cold weather but not the heavy fog at the same time. #399673Lori Ditlefsen February 27, 2004
