Taken August 10, 2008 at the River Meadows County Park in Arlington, Washington. This was taken at the annual "Festival of The River" Stillaqamish Tribe Pow Wow. I used an ISo 0f 100. shutter speed of 1/640, and f/4.5. This bald eagle was rescued injured by the Sarvey Wildlife rehabilitation center. He has been with the center for 10 years and can not be released back into the wild.
