Shot from the Breakwater in Santa Barbara, California using a panning technique in conjunction with a very slow shutter speed before sunrise to pick up the sky colors in the wave and water.

Thanks everyone. Sorry for the late reply. The email notification must have been off.It is the same panning technique that one uses to photograph racing cars or other moving objects. I just needed to find the right shutter speed to create the best effect and not lose too many shots in the process. #6034128
