This old cash register is rarely seen anymore due to the advances in technology. The hand crank and the bell ringing as the drawer opens brings back memories of my youth.
Now a single swipe of a card is all that is needed. Computers electronically tell what change is needed so no one has to count back change. And this is progress they say.
