YAWN Waking up on the tundra.
Uploaded: February 11, 2013 12:48:25
Taken in the early morning of Nov. 21, 2006 I caught this polar bear yawning as he had just awakened. I do not usually take a capture divided into halves but due to the tones in the early morning sky and to show the texture and perspective of this vast tundra with the bear for size, I composed in this manner. I have many close up of bears and this was more about the landscape at dawn. Comment appreciated for or against are welcome
