Thank you, Angela! Not everyone is a fan of this kind of art, but I really enjoy creating colorful images like this. Originally, I had a macro of two lilies and was deciding where to crop it, when I noticed the nice contrast between the stamens(?) and the petals-- and started applying the K filter. In a small thumbnail version, it kinda looks like a cheese pizza; enlarged, it reminds me of something quite alien-looking. #3374480Laurie Daily October 27, 2006
Love this Cary...congrats on this beautifully unique image. I love the different patterns created. Intriquing to look at and try to figure out the actual parts that make up the whole! #3510829Cary Rogers October 27, 2006
Well, thank you Laurie! It still amazes me how much different it looks--to my eye--as a small thumbnail image, compared to the full-size image.Janine Russell October 27, 2006
