Butterflies and Huricanes

I had to keep running up and back to these rocks before a wave would hit me. It took at least twenty rounds and people were looking at me like I was crazy. They didn't faze me. When I am in the zone I stop at nothing to get what I want.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. Erika I take 99% of my shots on the central Coast of California. I don't like to disclose the exact location of shot's b/c as an x-surfer and oceanographer I like to keep my beaches as little populated as possible.Linda I almost always use ND filters they are the single most important peice of equipment I have. My exposures are usually around 1/2 sec to 2 sec's. But sometimes they can be minutes long. Thanks again. #2702617
