Just so you know, to create this I took my original photograph and simply did a "color shift" and gaus. blurr on the water. Hope this is helpful to someone? Markjay #184662

Is it not clear that the mood was just cut out with photoshop? There is no reflection of the moon on the water.

Nice composition nevertheless.

Rudolph......
no it actaully is NOT clear the moon was cutout in ps. if you read my description of how I changed the original photographic image, you would see that I used a gausian blurr on the water.... whatever reflection there was is lost in the 'blurr' ;-)

in addition, I have photographed literally hundreds of sunsets and moon scenes.... not always is there a reflection. This is especially true sometimes if there is cloud cover or even a certain cloud formation in the sky, along with several other factors. if you go to my website, you will see just a small portion of the number of sunsets I have photographed.... not all show reflection in the waters.

have a merry christmas!

Mark, I am a band director in Saluda, SC. I'm thinking about maybe using your photo in our next year's marching band show. Is this possible? How would I go about this? #6097413

Allison, it is very easy to use my photo in your marching band show.... go to my website at www.360photostock.com and digital download the image in whatever size suites your needs :-)
