Think that is what's commonly called dead pixels. If you're under warranty I suppose you could get the sensor replaced, but practically everybody clones it out.

yes, looks to be a dead or stuck pixel to me too... youll get them with digital cams... sooner or later we all do! clone it, its much cheaper to fix.. unless youre still under warranty that is.

I have read that Canon includes an undocumented feature that will map out dead or hot/stuck pixels. Update to the latest firmware (v. 1.0.3 for the XT/350D) and try running the Sensor Clean function for 30+ seconds with the lens on and lens cap covering the lens.

Everybody minus 1 Rubber stamp tool or clone tool are different names for the same function of using photoshop or any other similar program to cover up something by copying an area that looks just like the part you want covered up and pasting over it. So it's like stamping over one spot and stamping that copied part over the flaw.
