How to troubleshoot camera
My Canon Rebel II EOS 35 mm rewinds new film when I close the back, how to I solve this problem?

That's not a problem, it's a feature. All EOS Rebel models "pre-wind" the film out of the cartridge and onto the take-up reel. As pictures are taken the film is wound back into the cartridge and the frame counter in the display counts down. This protects shots taken from being ruined it the back is accidentally opened.
