how to get scan to creativety i have a epson stylus cx5200 all in one but the only option available on scanning is to scan to web when I try to uninstall software it comes up c:/windows/system32/autoexec.nt file not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft window applications what does this mean and how do I sort problem out simpleton reply please novice at this thanks all
