I would like some tips on taking transparency pics of coloured photographs. I have a 50 mm Sigma close up macro lens with a nikon.Tips on where to keep the object photo, lighting etc

Arvind, I have never taken slide shots of pictures, so I could not assist you with much. What I would advice you is to go to a library and perhaps get some books with tips on how to do it. Have you posted that question in the Q&A section? Perhaps somebody out there would know how to do it. Rock on,
