	"Starburst of Reno City Lights" This was done using a tripod, setting the shutter speed at one second, and when the shutter is being tripped, I moved the lens from 28mm to 135 mm. This caused the "starburst" effect. Lorraine Foster

I've been meaning to do this type of photography, but I've been unable to find suitable subject matter in my area.
