The lighting is quite "blue" I know, but I think it's pretty. Opinions?

The colouring is fine. Actually, what detracts from this photo is that her face has been placed in the exact centre of the photo. Humans actually view the centre as being slightly higher than where it really is. This is an optical illusion that we suffer from. In this photo, I would have tried to put her eyes somewhere in the area of her forehead in relation to the frame of the photo. You may try cropping the top portion of the image. Unfortunately, you will lose the wonderful white sky by cropping. Next time, have the girl stand on a step and zoom in a bit while composing. This will place her face in the proper position and fill more of the frame with her. Cheers, Glenn Cheers, Glenn

I guess photography is subjective because, personally, I like the photo just the way it is. Abrilla

Thank you. I have a long way to go, but I really want to get into location portraiture. Not only for the money, I LOVE working with people. Robin

Although I agree that photography is subjective and that I do like this photo for what it is, my suggestion is based soundly in graphic design. Think of the fact when you put a title on a title page for a report. One never puts the title in the centre of the page. It is always slightly above centre as that is where humans tend to view the centre point. Cheers, Glenn
